In order to take part in the life of Philaclub.net to buy or sell philatelic products we propose that you register on our site. Two registration forms are available; one, which is free, is for buying members, and one for selling, fee paying members, (with two formulas). This second formula will not be expensive-- it will cost from 2 to 3.5 Euros a month. A simple calculation will show you that it is one of most advantagefull solution to sell stamps via Internet. So don't hesitate to try it!

• Becoming a purchasing member
  
  

  This membership is fast and free and enables you to purchase any of the lots offered on this site. All you need do is select the menu option 'registration' and an easy to fill form will appear. Once the application is properly validated an E-mail will be sent to your address indicating which link to click on, you will then become a purchasing and active member of Philaclub.net. You will then have the option of becoming a purchasing member by filling in a second form.

• Becoming a seller member
  
  

  Philaclub.net offers two registration forms to enable you to become a selling member and thus an official member of the Philaclub Association created in parallel with the Philaclub.net. This will enable you to offer your philatelic products for direct sale at net price on this site. These options are not quite free but the subscription, as you will see, is very modest, and will cover the computing costs such as programming, server fees and updating required by the site.

  Once you have chosen and validated your form you will receive an E-mail giving you the address of the Treasurer of the Philaclub to which you can send your payment. As soon as this payment is received Bernard Brinette will inform you by E-mail of your status as selling member. You may then start sending in your advertisements and we wish you much success. As indicated above the first months are free. If you pay for a year, therefore, your will obtain fifteen months membership, or if you pay for six months you will obtain a nine month membership.

  • Vendors’ formula No. 1

    This formula costs an annual membership fee of 24 Euros (2 Euros a month) or 14 Euros per semester. You will obtain the right to insert to 10 megabytes of advertising. It is up to you to manage your space and ideally to avoid cluttering up the site with very large images. We will offer you the option of inserting a link to enable you to send your images to another URL or place on the Net. This will significantly reduce our reserves of bytes. Your notices will be inserted into a general catalogue subdivided automatically not only by type and year of the product, but also showing a personal 'boutique' of your products. In this way you may bring your clients directly to your products, especially by E-mail, at the same time obtaining proper authentication.

  • Vendors formula No.2

    The subscription for this formula is 40 Euros a year (3.33 Euros a month) , 22 Euros a semester or 12 Euros quarterly. This will entitle you to place up to 20 megabytes of advertising which will of course be included in the general sales catalogue, where your personal 'boutique' will also appear. In addition to these vastly increased sales opportunities, however, there are two further advantages:

    • your login name (vendors name) will appear in the list of privileged members of this site, which gives you a little more space to promote yourself and your specialities.
    • you and all members of this formula will be given one whole week when one item in your stock will be selected as 'offer of the week''! (If this sold another item will replace it).

  Once you have ticked your option on the form an E-mail will be sent to you indicating how you can pay for your subscription.
